Interferes With iOS operating system

This prevents me from receiving email from my normal iCloud account. Not sure how it got past the Apple Development check, but it manipulates the iOS in a manner that probably violates the terms of Apple development.

Can not connect network through cellular data

I downloaded this app to host our company BSCP on IPhone but after I upgraded our IOS to 11 I found I cannot connect to VPN on IPhone and this app not list under cellular data allow list on IPhone.

Is there anyone met the same issue?
