Ios26.2 just landed and all of a sudden the app stops working… now I have no access to my emails
Worst possible app
Can’t think of a worse app than this. Told to delete and reinstall to have email app working and there’s no way to delete the app.

The most unreliable app in the history of iPhones
Just remarkably bad. App doesn’t update, and when it does it’s like it’s on 3G. Just an embarrassment.
Malware
Consider thoroughly if you want to use this software in combination with Apple Business Manager. Once this malware is installed all your backups will include settings from this app and if then the company phone one day becomes a private phone, you have a problem because all your backups are no longer usable and you start from scratch unable to recover phone… This is absolutely bonkers.. I’d highly recommend steering far away from this app unless your IT department 100% knows how to handle this.

Terrible & Worst
This is the worst app I’ve ever used, I need to input passwords dozens of times per day. It does not support Face ID, less productive.

Hat sich seit Jahren bei uns im dienstlichen Einsatz bewährt. Versorgt das Gerät zuversichtlich mit Policies und liefert Infos zurück. App wird ständig weiterentwickelt und ist dennoch nicht überladen. Killt im Vergleich zu vielen anderen nicht den Akku und hält den Datenschutz ein: nur technische Daten werden ausgelesen und mir User wird aufgelistet was ausgelesen werden kann.
Entspricht das Gerät nicht den Richtlinien, zB weil Updates nicht gemacht oder Jailbreak runtergeladen, werden die dienstlichen Inhalte gesperrt-> so soll’s sein.
Seit einiger Zeit auch mit Integration der Microsoft-App und Anbindung ans Azure.
Bei der Performance des dienstlichen AppStores ist aber noch Luft nach oben.
Fazit: weiter so, top! Alle die hier nur meckern solten mal Fehler40 googeln.

Cumbersome would be a compliment. Absolutely a product of government financing. I hope the jobs program was worth it because I certainly can’t reliably use it for email.

Unable to configure BYOD
Trying to configure it with BYOD and shows 'your device cannot be activated as your activation information is invalid'. Need support to resolve this error.

Does what it is intended to do
People who are complaining probably never tried to set this app properly. Setting up this app is complicated and rightly so as this is an enterprise app. Once your setup is completed, this app will work just fine.
There is a always a room for improvement and I would really prefer Face Login instead of entering the password every time in this app and it’s associated work apps.

Terrible App
It needs investment and care as people are forced to use it.
Non functional
It worked for a while but one day I was no longer authenticated and couldn’t log back in. Tried reinstalling & reregistering but I just get a useless numeric error code. Tech support couldn’t help. Once we got to “try factory resetting your phone” I just gave up.
Most time consuming and convoluted Install EVER!
My sympathies if you have to install this - plan for several hours and ton of reading to troubleshoot.

Can’t remove old organisatin profile
Pathetic app, i can see my device still appears to be activated in my old organisational profile. I can’t overwrite and deactivate this profile and getting error to contact administrator as if this is not my own device.
One of the worst apps
One of the worst apps in the App Store. Server issue prevents users from installing the app and being authenticated. Interface is incredibly dated. Seems no maintenance or work has been done on this app.
Lacks basic functionality
You can’t paste a password or open up Apple passwords for login. Company policy is setup to re-enter password every week…So I have to write out my complex password to be able to login…This is against cyber security due to now having it written out every week. Let’s update to the current decade!
