Not ready
It’s a required app for enterprise use. The glitches, the barely practical functionality, and lack of usable features like app specific voicemail or easy login are beyond frustrating. Don’t have a choice and don’t recommend.
Trash App
The steps to open and use this app are insanely complicated and require several logins that never remember your passwords. The app rarely works and can take up to 15 min to load at times. I would never recommend this app to anyone unless I wanted to frustrate them. 👍
Poor service
App stitches all the time. Phone calls quality is terrible. Design and features make this app unbearable. My company’s purchasing IT managers should be fired.
No one uses this app
We are required to use this app for work and it’s terrible: poor call quality; app keeps quitting; call feature is not available often; the message screen is too crammed. The web base option even worst.
Deeply flawed
Grateful I can text clients, but the UI/auX are poor, clunky, inconsistent, and hard to use. There has to be a better solution for the problem this product solves.
