Tediously slow to unlock

Weak sauce. This app is incredibly laggy more often than not. I’m on my corporate WiFi on both my phone and laptop and yet the progress wheel spins for the better part of a minute. Often it just gives up and I have to use the offline PIN mode.

Logging In

I’ve been trying to log in since I got a new phone and it doesn’t let me do anything on the app at all. All it keeps saying is it can’t find registered account and it’s so frustrating.

Great when it works but

would be better if I didn’t consistently get a message that the “server rejected seamless sign-on” and then have to wait 60 seconds to try something else. To be fair, the fault could lie partially with my employer, but regardless, the process should be seamless to the end user and it is not.

QR code Function

I can never use the QR code function to login from home network!

I’ve been trying to log in for MONTHS

Won’t allow me to log into Workday. There’s no options on the app to reset anything. I’ve uninstalled multiple times and it still doesn’t allow me to log in. The error message says
“Unable to find profile.
Could not find profile. Please ensure you are registered to the correct web account.”
