Notifications? What are those?
Should be fundamental standard feature that when someone sends you a message via the system that you would hear the notification and see the flag indicating a new message. That doesn't necessarily happen. This app is weak on a good day. Unfortunately, it's mandated by compliance otherwise I would dump it the way it deserves to be dumped.

Can’t search sent texts for content. Therefore cannot check what has already been communicated to whom.
This app is useless for basic functions necessary for maintaining contact with contacts over time.

Buggy
This app does not work as intended. Calls frequently drop, voicemails are not logged, contacts do not work almost ever, and text messages seem to be delayed. I don’t have anything Good to say about this application and I wish that my work would choose a different provider.
