Poor service
App stitches all the time. Phone calls quality is terrible. Design and features make this app unbearable. My company’s purchasing IT managers should be fired.
No one uses this app
We are required to use this app for work and it’s terrible: poor call quality; app keeps quitting; call feature is not available often; the message screen is too crammed. The web base option even worst.
Deeply flawed
Grateful I can text clients, but the UI/auX are poor, clunky, inconsistent, and hard to use. There has to be a better solution for the problem this product solves.
Spam
Outgoing calls to clients shows spam. Would love for it to be company name.
Bush league, buggy, unreliable
Slow. Doesn’t always work. Sometimes I text a contact and the message subsequently shows another contact’s name. Message alerts / notifications are erratic, sometimes delayed. Contacts sometimes complain they don’t get my texts. A bad piece of software. Avoid if you can. My company requires it, but it’s awful.

Phone call delays on iPhone
Every time I make a call, there is a 2 second delay. This causes really painful conversations with clients where we constantly interrupt each other.
Very Clunky Texting
I’m forced to use the texting portion for work due to compliance & industry requirements. The newsletter and they social media part of it is OK and I’ve been using that for over four years. Please improve the texting portion of it. I’m sure you guys are making big bucks on this since it’s forces company to do it. Use the money for a research and development and improve it.

Terrible App
I am forced to use this for business. Unfortunately my business is negatively impacted overtime.
1k ways to not work
I’ve had nothing but problems with this app. Missed calls, volume on but phone doesn’t ring. Terrible call quality. For the longest time, couldn’t make conference calls. Out of the blue one day, calls won’t go through.
As someone who knows nothing about designing apps, you’d think I made it…

Horrible
I use this all for work to communicate with clients on my personal device in a compliant way.
There are always bugs, the app barely works, when it does, the connection is horrible.
As big as an account my employer is for them, you’d think they’d get this right.
It’s so frustrating and makes us look bad with clients.
To the developers, invest in your produce please.

Horrible
This app is horrible. There are so many design flaws it’s ridiculous. Every time I try to login it sends me to the Authenticator and then after I login it gives me the hearsay screen and I can’t do anything else. I was told the possible way to fix it was to have my organization revoke my access and then set it up again. It’s been weeks and I still cannot use the app because this isn’t something my organization can just easily do.

Poor design
I use this for work and it has various design flaws.
- Can’t record separate VM for Corp #, so when clients call they get my personal voicemail. Not ideal when out of office and want clients to know how long I’m out.
- Can’t call out to a 3rd party when you have someone on the line. So 3 way calls are a challenge.
- When you call a number that has a phone menu, i.e. press 1 for customer service, the integrated phone pad does not recognize when selecting the #1.
- when dialing out, calls can drop at random. This is not related to cell service as others across the company have similar issues.
If you are a large corporation looking for an enterprise solution for your employees you should strongly evaluate other alternatives until they demonstrate these issues are fixed.
