I only subscribed to Blackbox Pro for one month, but I was charged again this month. I want a refund because I cannot even use the service anymore. I tried contacting support, but nobody has replied to me. The only replies I received seemed like scams asking me to check my Blackbox account, which did not solve anything. Just opens to a white screen
I was able to ask one question and since then it just opens to a white screen. And the app support page doesn’t exist.
Never, ever add your credit card;
they make unexpected charges and then you don't receive a response from support.
Missing projects
Let's say for example I'll work on something all day and you go about your day and suddenly it's gone. you ask the ai chat bot and it'll respond to you like you're crazy, like what project, I didn't work on that with you before, if you want it, why don't you just tell me about it and I'll try to rebuild it...? Like what?!
