Customer service

Having paid for a whole year it's beyond disappointing to me that there are glitches and then a very poor customer service that begins but then goes nowhere.

Я оплатила подписку на месяц. Но аудио в текст не сделало. Постоянно в режиме загрузке файла. Аудио 20 мин . Возможности написать в поддержку нет . Просто не активна кнопка .
