Ai 3-4 opțiuni de tip de mașină dar nu e clar dacă e clasa mai bună sau mai slabă.. primești 100 de notificări cu coduri de reducere și când dai pe ele să faci o cursă și surpriză, dispare și codul de reducere și nici nu ai unde să îl bagi ca să îți aplice reducerea…
Prețurile sunt mega variabile adică o saptamana costul unei curse Ploiești aeroport este 390 o saptamana este 510 apoi o saptamana este 300… cum pot eu sa justific firmei care îmi decontează ca azi cursa are un pret iar mâine e aproape dublu după care iar este scăzut prețul…
Sincer mergea mult mai bine înainte…

One of the worse apps ever
One of the worse mobile apps I have ever seen. Almost nothing works as you would expect and the support is non-existent.

Gratie ultimelor experiente am inceput sa folosesc Uber mai des. Aceleasi servicii la juma de pret. Nu pot sa spun ca-i recomand. Acum au trecut la nivelul urmator: iti mai iau bani de pe card, la cateva zile dupa cursa.

Soferi frustrati care transporta oamenii ca pe sacii de cartofi! Rusineee nesimtitilor!!!! Vreti doar banii! Pacat de cei cativa soferi care sunt ok, marea majoritate miste frustrati notorii! O mizerie de aplicatie si concept
Este o mizerie de aplicatie cu soferi foarte slabi, dupa ce ca iti ia banii si inainte sa iti gaseasca sofer mai dai si de cate unu care uita ca si-a pornit aplicatia. Am astepta dupa un sofer d’aata “profesionist” sa plece de pe loc vreo 15 minute, cursa era de 100 si cv de lei. Efectiv o mizerie de aplicatie.

Ecranul s-a facut negru si nu ma mai ajuta sa vad cursa, unde e soferul, daca e totul in regula. Evident, n-a fost corecta cursa, am selectat gresit si n-am mai apucat sa anulez cursa, caci abia dupa ce a fost preluata persoana, am putut sa vad traseul…

Two times, my wife had bookings made in advance with you and both rides were canceled! She had doctors appointment and I needed her to be there on time!!! The drivers, or the system canceled the drive for no reason!
No explanation provided!!!
So, I guess it is a game of luck now! I have over 60 rides booked with you guys, but lately you are no longer trustworthy nor reliable as a service!

This app is the worst
Black Can services are ok, but this app should not be allowed to work so bad! It’s the worst app i have ever used in my entire life! Please, do something!!!!

The app is ok-ish but I definitely do NOT recommend using their service. We reserved a cab 10 hours in advance for 08:30 o’clock. They changed our driver 3 times and in the end the driver arrived 30 minutes too late which made us almost miss the flight. It was not the driver’s fault though that they allocated him a ride while he was in the other side of the city. Moreover, we booked a Kidscab but the driver didn’t have a proper baby seat! so I had to cary my baby in my arms which is totally unsafe. So I will never use it again and I don’t recommend using them.
PS: the driver was very polite, friendly and apologized many times for being late. This is the only reason I don’t make a formal complaint and request my money back. The fare for the ride was at least 4x the price of a regular cab.
