App used to work
For the last 5 months, this app has only worked intermittently. It tells me it does not recognize my username /password when using my Face ID, have to try the same password 3 or 4 times, then lets me in and I have to reenable my Face ID. It is very frustrating when you need info in real time.
Worst bank app I have
Password accepted characters limited ,Face ID is a joke requires change. Get with it guys it shouldn’t be this difficult.
Face ID / Touch ID keeps turning off

I use an iPhone 12 Pro Max and an iPad mini 5. On iOS 17.6.1 / iPadOS 17.6.1, Face ID / Touch ID continually turns off. It’s a bit annoying. Other banking apps that I use don’t have this problem. Is there something that can be done?

Locked out.
This is the only app that I’ve ever heard of that “thinks” you’re still logged in after you swipe up to close. Once you close the app, as you would anything else on your smartphone, this app thinks you’re still logged in and times out the session locking you out of your online banking account. I’ve changed my password 5 times in the last four days due to this. Unreal. When bringing it up with customer service, the bank is well aware of this strange issue and agree that the whole process is odd. A bank employee even admitted to me that it seems like this is the only app that is counterintuitive like this. Seriously considering switching banks. I’d give zero stars given the option.

So I just got an IPhone 13 and have tons of issues with the app I’m always having to turn my phone off and on to get the app to work Apple told me it’s the application is anyone else having issues
On line Banking
Works great !!! I love the app. For a full time working mom. This AWESOME. Plus I can see what I’ve spent and how much I’ve saved
Blackhawk bank employees
The staff at all the branches of Blackhawk Bank & Trust that I have visited are very professional but friendly. I feel like I’m going to visit someone or all of people working there every time I enter the building. Even if their on the phone or dealing with a customer these folks take the time to wave, say hi or nod with a smile. Sometimes I forget what I came to do. Blackhawk Back has been my bank for about 38 years and will continue to be my bank. Thank you for being more than just a bank.
