Dealer too frequently gets a face card
I’ve been playing this game for about a year and a half, and I’ve noticed over the past few months the dealer seems to get a disproportionate amout of face cards, which 8 times out of ten is matched with another face card, or will have 21 or Blackjack.
I’m sure the system realizes I’m not purchasing chips, but banking the freebies every hour. But, this only steers me away from purchasing chips. Make it a fair game.

Over charged me
I bought chips that were on sale and they charged me the full price, I’m out $150 dollars. Their customer service is terrible, I emailed them several times with no response. Stay away from this game.
Dealer wins too often the game is rigged
Every time a player is almost broke and goes for broke betting all your chips the dealer wins and the player busts the reason for this is to get you to buy more chips so remember they are in it for your money so don’t expect any breaks because as soon as you bet you are screwed !
