1. Your app icon blows. I could fix this for you in an afternoon and would do it for free. Right now it looks like a fisher price baby toy icon
2. We need to find a way to contact Apple and get them to release an API (easier said than done) for auto exposure while the shutter speed is locked. I move from bright to dark scenes often and need this feature! It’s the last piece of the puzzle

Ok and about as good as it will get
Pretty good app and probably about as close to pro as one can get though still not quite there. Still surprisingly not good considering black magic whose products are very good. No control over picture profile. Included luts are just bad. Icons are weird. Use of sliders def isn’t pro should be able to just dial it in. Focus peaking doesn’t really show even under strong light.

Great app when it works?
I use the BMC app on multiple phones to record different angles for video, I often use the front camera for talking heads but on my brand new iPhone 17e the front camera never shows up as an option, regards of what resolution, codec, bit rate, stabilisation, or any other setting I use. The front camera works in every other camera app, but this one bug makes it unusable for me right now.. I’ll update the review if this ever gets fixed.

Volume Levels Need gain control for Phone Mic
The iPhone app doesn’t have a gain control except for when you have an external mic plugged in. And what happens is your iPhone mic gain will be all the way up with no control. Would like to see a future update with a pro volume audio control for any mic whether built in or external.

Overall this app is really good! Gets past the trashy Apple over sharpening, does its use really well overall.
But it measures your available storage just completely and totally wrong!
It says I have approximately 0.22 of storage left, when in fact I have at least 3gb of space left, at the least!

Needs to Support Atomos Time Code
Can’t use this app because it doesn’t support my Atomos time code unit. Not a fan of the options this app does support.
Amazing app for camera control
Amazing app for getting the best out of the iPhone cameras. Would love to see support for the DJI Osmo 8 gimbal so you can use the scroll wheel on the gimbal to control the focusing, it currently only controls the zoom.
