Don’t waste your money
The he app rarely works first try. It’s even worse since the last update. I have to disconnect the camera power, turn off my data, and maybe it will work. Absolutely frustrating to use. Don’t waste your money.
World’s Worst App
So many crashes on the app. Can’t download videos to device. Infuriating to download or view footage. Will never buy a BlackVue again
Worst possible app on the plant
Too complicated app to use. Force to buy cloud memory. Selling too expensive dash cam and you cannot connect with your mobile on the road if you need to save footage. And in top if that dash cam cones with only 64gb data

DO NOT get these cameras they put your 24/7 surveillance online for everyone to see

I can't even use the app to access MY own dash cam recordings without signing up for the cloud, which I do not use? Forget it, this app is garbage now.
What are u thinking to format card when add camera to phone, record of accident is erased

I got 970 2 ch. when i connect to app to download the video app saying connecting. I have updated firmware in camera 2-3 time and still the same response.
Low quality view , setting problem .

Wifi connection problematic 750S-82C02B
Tried hours & could not find wifi network. Voice announcement is annoying & not clear. Pulled the plug and left it as a physical deterrent.
Rarely connects to the car dashcam
When this app works it’s reasonable however it connects only 1 time in 10 so is very poor in what it exists for. Support is minimal, they send the same settings through an auto responder. Only way to get footage off the camera is to remove the SD card and use in a computer

どのタイミングからかは不明だが、過去はWi-Fi経由での操作ができたものが映像の確認はもちろん、設定の閲覧すら出来なくなって無用なアプリになってしまいました。

Can never get playbacks . Can never log in to camera WiFi - when I do get an image it is a screen full of vertical outlines . Very expensive junk !

You’re App Connectivity Continues to Disappoint
After 8 years of the 900s dashcam it is almost perfect. However your App and ease of connectivity to the dashcam is still complex and problematic. It takes me almost for ever to wifi connect and view live feed particularly (but not always) after you have an app update.
My phone detects the BlackVue network, however password entry rarely works first time. (Keep trying). Then try to connect from the app to live dash and it keeps
Searching for ever until it can’t find or the app needs to be forced closed. Then one day eventually it all seems to work, until you change the app or there is some reset that has occurred. Please fix, make simple, it can’t be that hard!

The app just buffers endlessly when I try and pop open my camera's settings.

App needs a lot of work
The dashcams themselves are great, quality is good (reason for 2 stars) but the app has me regretting the entire purchase. The software currently needs to be updated which the app states it takes 5 minutes but I’ve attempted to update it 4 separate times now with each attempt being 40+ minutes, one being an hour and a half (it never finishes updating and ultimately I have to give up before my car battery goes flat). Since attempting the update, I can no longer view my footage, or access anything else on it. At this point my dashcam is completely useless. Not to mention the completely ridiculous fact that anybody who has the app can see my dashcams location which is incredibly unsafe.
