Do not buy
Nice camera, but terrible app and even worse customer service. I’ve had nothing but problems. Now the camera is broken. I was told to mail it in and I would get a replacement in 1-3 business days. I’m now in my third week without a camera, and they can't provide an estimate of his much longer I will have to wait. I even told them I would pay for a reimbursemed, but they will not provide this option. Of course they are very sorry, but apologies doesn't keep my vehicle protected. I won't do any new business with Blackvue.

Difficult to use, not reliable - do not recommend
Very much regret this purchase - such a troublesome product. Not reliable. Had it for over a week and can not rely on it whatsoever.
