Low Quality and Bad Support
I have lived in the GCC for along time and never run into a customer experience from a new tech company as bad as this. I got delivered dead Lillie’s and spilled perfume for my wife’s Eid present. They replaced the perfume after fighting, and refused to do the flowers. I have been a loyal customer for some time but not the first bad experience I have had with them. The quality is sometimes good but mostly poor. You will be better off using another company trust me.

ثاني تجربة لي وكل تجربة افشل من الثانية وخدمة عملاء ضعيفة جدا لا يستحق التجربة حذف بدون عودة واسعار مبالغ فيها ع الفاضي
Floward app
This is one of the worst delivery apps I’ve ever interacted with in my entire 20 years of living. I’ve never seen such despicable customer service. I’ve placed an order at 8pm and they informed me that it was going to arrive by 9pm -1 am late at night. However, they never delivered the order. This app is a disgusting cash grab, do not get it, it’s horrible. They kept on transferring me to an ai agent instead of an actual person to talk to, goes to show how much they care about their customers. Absolutely a waste of my time, my money and my patience. The worst gifting app to ever exist in the world.

Bad customer service
I just deleted my account, customer service Call Center was really bad in Abu Dhabi today. So of course there will be not good as well with people I gift. ;)
