Cheating on prices
I’ve been a lifelong customer of Farm and Fleet in Urbana. I live within a 2 minute drive or short walk so I’m a frequent shopper there. I also take my van to the automotive shop for nearly every repair or new tires.
Recently I bought 2 similar turtleneck sweaters that were both on clearance, and had them picked up. My bill reflects a different clearance price for each sweater, although the original price is the same for both items.
I assumed it was a clerical error so I called customer service to ask for a refund or even store credit for the amount I overpaid. The reply I got was “Call Corporate”.
Well, I plan to do just that, but I will NOT shop at the local store again due to the lack of customer service.
One more unhappy customer who has to go somewhere else for satisfaction!

Great except for one flaw
App developers need to put a white background on the QR code so that the scanners can read it when a phone is set to the dark setting. It’s a real pain for the people working the drive-through. It would be nice if you could fix that.
Won’t Allow Login
Worst app I’ve ever tried. I downloaded it, created an account, and it won’t log me in. Don’t bother!
Primitive
Not available optimized for an iPad. The only other app I know of with this shortcoming is the USPS app. You are not in good company.
Nice app, many bugs
The app would be great, but there are more times than not that you get an error that there is an issue they’re working on. 🙁
Freezes
Every time I open the app it freezes and won’t finish opening. I have to close it and then reopen it to get it to work.
Decent app. Please add notification options
App has worked fine. I just would like to be able to leave on notifications about orders, but turn off others like the constant ads.

To many emails
In Feb of 2024 I received 35 emails from F&F. Really how many times do you need to tell me about sales and then how many times do you need to remind me about your sales. Its a little over the top with the emails. I know I can opt out of them which I have done but I usually see what kind of and how much garbage I get from apps to judge if I want to continue giving them my money. It’s too bad cause your stores are great and your employees are great also. But your emails have soured your corporate image for me.

Don’t Bother
They don’t honor online pricing and their shipping is never on time! Trust me and shop somewhere else!
Needs work
The app doesn’t allow a person to add a gift card to their account.
Horrible app
Wanted to love it, because I order from them frequently, but the app is terrible. Horribly glitchy, logged me out every 30 seconds. Literally couldn’t place a single successful order. Ridiculous.
NOT iPad Optomized
There is a new Blaine’s FF opening up in Rhinelander. I am looking forward to shopping there. I wanted to look at what they offer and downloaded this app. The screen is NOT optimized for iPad which is the tool I use for online searching and shopping. While not a deal breaker, it is frustrating. Not the best first impression.

No one cares about their job
It’s more and more obvious every time I go into the store and see employees wandering and playing on their phone they don’t really care about their jobs. Picked up a drive through order and they couldn’t even get that right. 2 bags of 25 blank orange ear tags. Both numbered 1-25 and two different colors. If you have the time it’s better to drive to tractor supply in Harvard. Much better staff that gets to know you and helps you.
