Doesn’t have Apple Pay, autofill is broken. And I mean basic things are broken. Paste in your phone number and it chips the first number off. It can’t even handle standard formats. Paste in expiration date and it doesn’t fill the year correctly.
Kind of a waste
Their website is pretty bad, especially when you’re searching for an item, but this app is even worse. I would avoid it if at all possible.

I hate this app. I CONSTANTLY have to re-sign in, it tells me me email and password is wrong when it’s not. If I can ever get back into my account and use my rewards, I’ll never shop at FF. again
Very horrible. My cat could do better.
Can’t look at my orders. Screen turns white and can’t get out of it. It does that when I go to track an order or look for a store. I don’t know how they mess something up so horribly. It’s not like they have to reinvent the wheel. Plenty of other stores have fully functional apps that do not glitch out like this one does.

Replace your apps team.
Senior Management should try to use this app and see what they think. It’s very glitchy and unrefined. Seems like Menards and Fleet Farm are competing to see who has the worst app. However, Menards has you beat easily and that’s not saying much. I find it odd that this type of feedback goes back years and nothing‘s been done. Only purchased certain items from Fleet Farm otherwise I go to Lowe’s or Home Depot.
