Unreliable
Deliveries work most of the time but not always.
For example, I put in an order for delivery the next day at 4pm and they keep rescheduling it out to the following day.
Called the store and they have zero control over the orders and can’t help.
Put in a help request in the app and it asks for order number which I can’t find anywhere, even on the desktop website.
This isn’t even half baked, it is barely alpha quality. Time to use a different grocery store until Cub fixes their systems.

App does not work
Ever since they updated the app I can NOT EVER CHECK OUT! It keeps bringing back to log in no matter how many times and ways I log in. I’ve tried the app I’ve tried the website, it’s like they don’t want people ordering off the app! I hate this and I hate how they won’t fix it!
No Apple Pay?
What happened? This app used to have pay with Apple Pay, used it all the time. Now that option is missing and will not store my credit card information with Cub. Please add it back in, until then I will shop elsewear
Terrible app
Very buggy - seems like I can’t log in and actually shop with Apple ID which is so annoying.
