Doesn’t have Apple Pay, autofill is broken. And I mean basic things are broken. Paste in your phone number and it chips the first number off. It can’t even handle standard formats. Paste in expiration date and it doesn’t fill the year correctly.
Kind of a waste
Their website is pretty bad, especially when you’re searching for an item, but this app is even worse. I would avoid it if at all possible.

I hate this app. I CONSTANTLY have to re-sign in, it tells me me email and password is wrong when it’s not. If I can ever get back into my account and use my rewards, I’ll never shop at FF. again
Very horrible. My cat could do better.
Can’t look at my orders. Screen turns white and can’t get out of it. It does that when I go to track an order or look for a store. I don’t know how they mess something up so horribly. It’s not like they have to reinvent the wheel. Plenty of other stores have fully functional apps that do not glitch out like this one does.

Replace your apps team.
Senior Management should try to use this app and see what they think. It’s very glitchy and unrefined. Seems like Menards and Fleet Farm are competing to see who has the worst app. However, Menards has you beat easily and that’s not saying much. I find it odd that this type of feedback goes back years and nothing‘s been done. Only purchased certain items from Fleet Farm otherwise I go to Lowe’s or Home Depot.

Lots to be desired
I love the store , but the app needs quite a bit of help. Filters for products online never show up for me and had to go online to add/delete payment methods, which was still a bit of a chore. I hope this app gets better because I really want to use it
Don’t work
Half the app doesn’t work. And for some reason it says I can earn $1 per certain amount of points til 8/2024 ? Also the rewards part of the app doesn’t work so you can never see what rewards you have. I can only use the website cause the app doesn’t work.

Error code 429. That’s the only thing this app does. It’s hard to believe the Plymouth Wisconsin store could be better than this app.

This app has to be by far the worst of retailers hands down.
Nothing works
Nothing loads, and every time I try to click on something or type in the search bar, a message pops up and says “Oops. Something went wrong. Please try again.” App is up to date. I hope they fix soon.
Needs improvement
I normally don’t write a negative review, but I would give this a lower rating other than I can at least kind of follow what I’ve purchased. If you wanna look up a receipt or how an order is doing sometimes you get nothing more than a white screen and then the app locks up! I wish they would fix some more of the bug problems because it’s easy to order. It’s easy to follow the sales although I have to keep updating almost every other use my tax exempt code for my farm. And then if I wanna follow up on how an order is doing, I have to re-enter my text notices and then if I look at it like again today where I order in the morning and now it’s 530 at night. And I can’t find my order because it’s nothing more than a white screen when I look….

When I select any department it says no records found. Terrible app. You made it worse!
It’s okay
The app is okay-ish, but it will not stay on my phone. It seems disorganized and the app seems to be all over the place. While trying to look for tack, I kept getting kicked back to the Home Screen or would accidentally click the $10 off thing that I had to often click the X on. No ad/coupon should pop up that much to be that annoying. I do not recommend having the app, just have a reward account for the points and ignore the app.

Open the app and it just spins and doesn’t open. Have to force shut down the app and reopen. Come on Fleet Farm, do better.

While I can shop around easily on this app it simply will not allow me to add anything to my cart.
Come on Devs!
You need to fix the search algorithm. Unless you nail your search exactly nothing is returned. Store location changes while searching. These should be simple solutions for any mobile app developer and yet I’ve had these issues for over a year. I would honestly sunset this app until you come out with something usable if I were a developer here.

Wrote a review but it was never posted. Must have been too critical. There are things that are obviously wrong given the ratings, but you'd think feedback would be encouraged to help improve the app. Think again
Payment errors
I have tried and tried to make an online purchase on the app so I can pick it up at the store but every single time I get an error saying that my name has a symbol or is over 15 digits long. Neither is true. It’s super frustrating bc I have successfully ordered on the app in the past.
Also whenever I try to look at weekly ads, if I try to go back a page it takes me all the way out of the ads. Maybe I’ll just try going to their website and delete the app.

Does Not Work
The website isn’t great for online ordering so I thought the app was the obvious choice. Wrong. Registration cannot be processed. Try again later. Try Tractor Supply is more like it. Can’t be worse.
