Very bad customer service. The drive-through cashier was mad slamming the fry box. I stood there 10 minutes before I got acknowledge she was ignoring me and other others. She was slamming stuff around when I finally did get my burrito. She threw my bag at me very terrible and I come to this Blakes a lot. I’d give them a lot of my money. It’s just very unsatisfying.

Ordered in the app and the delivery was through Uber Eats they dispatched a driver way too early and the driver left because there was no order showing for me. I contacted the store and was able to get my order personally delivered from the manager Melissa!
CHEESE
Great place to eat. But on the app need to have an option for extra cheese.

I like Blake’s. But every time I use the app and make modifications, it’s ALWAYS wrong. But if I order at the drive through I better bring a book to pass the time.

My order is always wrong when I order from here. I order on the app, it specifies what to add and removed and it’s still wrong every time. I shouldn’t have to sit there and open my meal before I leave to make sure it’s right.

The app has flaws in the quantity of cheese you can add, need to be able to give option to add more than 1 slice of cheese
No organization, no customer service.
Waited in the online order pick-up line for 15 minutes and still no service. One guy standing there and they aren’t asking anyone behind if they need to pick-up their order. I’d give zero stars if I could.
Received wrong burger
Received wrong burger after waiting in line for 20 minutes. Called the assist line & was put on hold then sent to voicemail. Super upsetting I waited that long & didn’t get what I ordered.

Love Blake’s but they always get my order wrong. Paid extra for extra red chili and there was none in both the burritos I ordered.
Slow Service with online ordering
According to the manager at the Osuna and Eubank location, online or in app ordering takes back seat to onsite orders. They do not start making your order until you arrive and still take back seat to the people ordering on site. After 20 minutes of waiting, I needed to go inside to check on the status of my app order at which point they started working on the order. It only took 5 minutes after that which wasn’t long but if I had not gone in, they would have still not be preparing the order. Apparently, it does not pay to order on the app if you are trying to save time.

Put in my online order 15 minutes prior to picking it up. Arrived at the store. There is one customer sitting in the store and my order hadn’t been started. 2 ladies talking up not doing their jobs. As soon as I walked in the manager looked at me and said “whatever it is the answer is no” may e joking but not funny at all. 27 minutes later we finally get out of there. Instead of cooking food she was talking

Wtf
How can you tell me that you are not talking orders and then when I say I have a mobile order you tell me “oh I have your order” but the burgers have no mayo or mustard and everything is cold!
Very disappointed
App is fairly easy to use. Can’t say much about the food. Hamburger and fries were very cold and patty was as thin as paper. I probably will not go back
