Worst experience ever had
The price was not transparent and charged an extra £10 for a very very small embroidery of the number 700 on the sleeve. And charged directly to my credit card without y having confirmed the bill with me. The wash label on my garment indicated that dry cleaning was not allowed, yet the price for dry cleaning was charged. The dispatcher's attitude was very poor.
