Poor quality

When I trialed BlazeAI, I was hopeful this would be very helpful! However, posts fail to upload to TikTok and YouTube. BlazeAI is still generating kids in Halloween costumes, when Halloween ended 1 month ago. Regenerating new content and images is not user friendly and painful. It is laziness, and out of touch. Lacks intuitiveness.

Not Ready for Prime Time

It seems my review vanished. Oh well, let’s try again. Good concept, but far from ready. Email templates read and look like a “Nigerian Prince”wrote them. Want your product images used? Good luck. I have 700 products that constantly change and support says there is no bulk upload feature. You have to upload each image one…at…a…time. Basically this AI tool that is marketed to make marketing easier, just adds more work.

Can’t get rid of it!!

I signed up for a free trial. It was free- I never had to enter a cc- but it keeps posting in my pages!!! I didn’t like the content it made and I never connected my platforms (that I know of). But somehow it is posting every day and I have to go back and delete. I’ve deleted all planned posts in the app, and anything from Blaze doesn’t show in my Business Suite planner…but they keep posting!!!! It’s driving me crazy!!!! Do not recommend!

Hi there, Blaze does not post to your social accounts unless you have authorized the integration that connects Blaze with each individual social network. You can remove the connection by going to the integrations page (click on your profile image in the top right corner). If you are having any issues with this, please contact support@blaze.ai.

Robbery

I cancelled my FREE trial within 2 hours of subscribing as I hated the app. It wasn’t working properly. I cancelled. Support confirmed I cancelled. Today they tried to take $49 USD from my account. ABSOLUTE ROBBERY. Contacting my bank

Great app
