Blazer is a space for young women aged 16-24 like you to come to, to make best friends, find and connect with successful, senior leaders from top companies and find and join a community of other supportive young women like you to help each other get through some of your hardest times. Women get paid less than men for the same jobs and this is a fact. This has always been the case, and it’s not acceptable. So, we decided to find and bring together successful mentors to help you beat the odds and shatter the glass ceilings.
