iOS 16.5 works
No reason to require 18.2. For any app where core functionality doesn’t require new api’s, for that matter. Devs need to stop and realize a jailbroken iPhone will always be superior to anything apple will give us in an update. Case in point: I was able to download this app

Best blur wallpaer app i have used so far!
Very simple yet powerful app to produce wonderful blurred wallpapers. I hope it will bring a lot better possibilities with a dark/light layer base blue instead of always a light overlay.

Very quick, very easy to use. I do wish the slider started at 0% because some pictures I want just a little blurred, but for creating very colorful blended pictures it’s awesome.

Couldn’t ask for anything better
As far as a decent phot blurring style of wallpaper system app, this is by far the best one I’ve come across - and it’s 100% free. Big fan of the developer - he’s very talented and puts his heart and soul in his work. I’ve only used Bleaur a few times but it gets the job done hands down no arguments or complaining.

Very simple, nice idea
It's a good addition to be able to blur your own pictures for wallpapers, think it'd be better if the slide starts from no blur to very blurry, cuz the blur when the slide is minimized it's a little too blurry for me.

The library of images it pulls from is small so you see the same ones over and over.

I use it all the time for blurry backgrounds. Even for promo material for my own apps.
