Hey there. My name is Bobby and I am a Personal Trainer/Coach and Registered Sports Nutritionist. My goal is to help you reach your goals and I've been doing this with clients for over 6 years. I have had a passion for resistance training since being in High School. With 6+ years experience in the fitness industry (Powerlifting and Bodybuilding) and having helped many clients with different goals and levels of experience, I truly believe I can guide you to achieve your health and fitness goals. I primarily work with Athletes and the General Population specialising in Sports Nutrition as well as gaining muscle and/or losing fat and I have the qualifications and experience to back it up (Bachelor of Sports and Exercise / Applied Science majoring in Physical Health and Wellness and a Certificate in Applied Sports Nutrition). My Sports Nutrition Registration is under the Sports Nutrition Association and all my meal plans are made from scratch specifically for your body's measurements and lifestyle.
