Blind Companion is a daily checklist and reminder app designed for blind and low-vision users. It helps turn everyday tasks that need a quick double-check into simple, spoken, actionable, and reviewable flows. Useful scenarios include: Before leaving home, check your phone, keys, white cane, earphones, and ID or card. During the day, review door locks, stove, appliance power, taps, and windows. Before work, check your phone, earphones, computer or tablet, charger, and documents. Before bedtime, review door locks, phone charging, items for tomorrow, alarm, and water cup. For medication, record whether it has been handled as instructed and keep a local daily record. Key features: Today Hear what is still pending today and what comes next. Checklist Flows Use built-in templates for leaving home, daily safety, work, bedtime, and medication checks. Action Records Completion, skip, remind later, and undo actions are recorded locally for review. 30-Day Local History Records are stored on your device and kept for up to 30 days. VoiceOver Friendly Designed to work well with iOS VoiceOver, with clear labels, simple navigation, and accessibility actions. Speech and Haptics Uses iOS system speech, VoiceOver announcements, and haptic feedback to make actions clearer. Bilingual Support Supports Follow System, Simplified Chinese, and English. The interface and speech language can be changed in Settings.
