Doesn’t work the way it once did
This was my go to app for blind travel and it was always a five star app but something has changed and I can no longer give it the recommendation that I once did. I have used this app for many years but it does not seem to provide as much information about my surroundings as it did. What has changed? Also, I’ve noted that people talk about the cost of this app. I have never paid for it and there are no charges to download it in the App Store. Am I getting reduced functionality because I don’t pay? Why is this? I’m looking for answers from the developer.

I was charged for this app, even though I did not purchase it. I cannot find any way to get a refund.
