Very poor. App doesn’t update
Awful app
We are now being forced to use this awful app at work. It’s difficult to navigate, glitchy, doesn’t do half of what our old app used to do and is basically just a social media gimmick. I’ve yet to meet a driver at my place of work that thinks this app is any good
Notifications issue
My notifications don’t work unless I’m not actively using my phone
Always problems
We can’t sign on for our duties using our mobile phones because the sign buttons can’t be appeared. No scroll bars to go down.

This last update won’t even allow me to open the app!

I uploading it today and now it doesn’t work it keeps throwing me back out it’s got my work stuff on now I can’t get on it to see what I am doing have to ring up work 🤬
Update June 2026
Now into the 3rd month and requested a feature that was on works old app we still not got the same functionality of the unity app, still waiting for basic functionality like the ability to add shift straight from the app to you phone/ical/google calendar can’t see how hard that is

Really easy and friendly
Great little app it does exactly what work needed to do and I find it really easy to use and being a bit of a dinosaur that says something with thoroughly recommended. It enables you to stay communicated with your workers. It also enables you to put everything you need on there ready for your workers so win-win.

Still not got the same functionality of the unity app,
Blocking contacts
App made six years ago just says they are looking at uploading an update to block contacts nothing has been done.

Great app and easy to navigate through.
Was ment to be a upgrade but lost functionality
So the company has switched to blink the one function missing is transferring the shifts into your Apple/Google calendar on your phone
My app is stuck in ‘get started’ please help
I got logged out and now it won’t let me get past the ‘get started’ part.
It’s not cheese
It’s a good app, it’s replaced MS Teams, which was also ok. It seems to just be a skin over whatever sql or such was previously used. It’s good, my company uses it for most things now and it has vastly integrated into my day to day work life. But, it’s just not cheese.

Horrible to navigate, feed is spammed with stuff that is completely irrelevant to me so the things I actually need get pushed down the feed.
