Here is my feedback. The app needs improvement regarding how it loads information when opened; it is currently very slow. However, the feature drivers miss the most is the ability to tap on the assigned running boards and quickly view the corresponding PDF. The biggest shortcoming of all is the lack of a tracking feature using the fleet number, which would allow us to identify the specific bus we need to look for and see its location. And finally—the simplest point—there is no field within the app where I can send a message like this directly to Blink.

Error
This always seems to have some sort of error & it tells you to access things from the hub, which is contradictory cause that's where I'm accessing it from on the first place! Very annoying!
Unhappy
Too difficult to use for older people, too much irrelevant information, I need something easy to use. I need help to set up certain essential pages but nobody seems to be able to help. I’ve wasted days trying to find simple things and am totally fed up wasting time on it.

Awful app
We are now being forced to use this awful app at work. It’s difficult to navigate, glitchy, doesn’t do half of what our old app used to do and is basically just a social media gimmick. I’ve yet to meet a driver at my place of work that thinks this app is any good

My notifications don’t work unless I’m not actively using my phone

We can’t sign on for our duties using our mobile phones because the sign buttons can’t be appeared. No scroll bars to go down.

I uploading it today and now it doesn’t work it keeps throwing me back out it’s got my work stuff on now I can’t get on it to see what I am doing have to ring up work 🤬

Now into the 3rd month and requested a feature that was on works old app we still not got the same functionality of the unity app, still waiting for basic functionality like the ability to add shift straight from the app to you phone/ical/google calendar can’t see how hard that is

Really easy and friendly
Great little app it does exactly what work needed to do and I find it really easy to use and being a bit of a dinosaur that says something with thoroughly recommended. It enables you to stay communicated with your workers. It also enables you to put everything you need on there ready for your workers so win-win.
