UI bug

Whenever I open the app and go to the to-do section, when I open an activity from there, as soon as the activity pop-up opens, the entire UI gets messed up. You can’t go back in the app. You have to forcefully close the app and then reopen it. And it’s very frustrating. So anytime you need to view an activity this way, you can’t go back; you have to close the app every time and repeat the process and allow every user to report a bug easily. Take an example of Snapchat or Facebook, where if you shake the phone, it asks you whether you want to share the report or not, based on whatever action you took. So make it easy to report a bug for everybody, not just the administrator.

Items shared get lost.

My company are becoming more and more reliant on this platform for their Communications and tasks. We as one of many teams sent many Important documents and comms through Yoobic, are finding that items get lost if clicked read by one member of the team, but has been wiped off from other members.
Plus documents and comms are not categorised, just a long list. No way of flagging important information either.
We used to use Teams, along side Yoobic One, but one presumes my company are transitioning.
I am not convinced.

Bon dans le fond, mauvais dans la forme

Sur le papier, l’application a l’air riche, fonctionnelle, pratique. Dans les faits, elle est lente, pleine de bugs. Elle est très frustrante à utiliser
