Can’t open Wild West.
Turning off the sound through settings doesn’t turn it all off…
So I got this game to try out and I thought I would like it. But I always turn off sounds and haptics so I can play while watching videos or whatever. However, I went to the settings in the game and turned off the sound and haptics on this game and it only turned off the music. The game sounds, like the vacuum, the sound stays on. I played it less than 5 minutes and deleted it because that wouldn’t work correctly…

Great game but where is the update that is promised?
Frustrated player
I really enjoy this game. It’s a lot of fun and helps keep distracted when I need it. I even spent money to make it ad free and to get gems etc. The game would be worth every penny if it had more than two levels/parks. Can you please put in the other parks. I have completed both of the parks available and now I can’t complete some of the goals because my parks are complete.
It’s now just mundane stuff and I know I’ll stop playing soon.

There are only two levels, and based on the frequency of updates, there are no more coming. Wish I had looked this up before putting time into it.

You can’t turn the annoying music off without turning off all sound- really dumb mistake from the developer.

Great game but I can’t move on to my 3 island I’m just stuck did everything and I can’t move on. Please fix so I can move to my next island

Game closes down after every couple mins … even after closing. It’s the same after fully closing the app and relaunching

I would gladly give this game five stars, except for the nasty ads. I don’t play it as often as I would because the ads are so gross I have to cover my phone with my hand. I don’t care 🤷🏼♀️ if children like nasty things. I don’t. 😡
Don’t Bother
The ADS!!!!!! Every two seconds an ad! I am not joking. You cannot do anything without watching an ad and they aren’t just one short one. They are two min to five min ads. Sometimes two ads in a row.

Am stuck on level 3
I can’t move to another island, am literally stuck on level 3. No way of moving to another map. It’s broken.
