Great but customer service is 2/5

The app in itself is 5 stars. Charlotte and her trainers are great! The app itself is great.
However my reason 3 stars is the customer service support.
I cancelled my subscription on the free trial, as personal issues has got in the way and I will come back when I am ready.
I still got charged, which is an IOS problem the customer service said and they can’t offer a refund, which is fine I have contacted my bank, due to them first responding to my issue 2 hours after first contacting them, then over 24 hours after that and THEN today they have contacted me, bearing in mind i responded within 2-6minutes after them contacting me back.
It shouldn’t take 3 days to try to solve a problem.
Please update your customer service support.

Been on the app for over a year and absolutely loving it!

I use this app nearly every day and it keeps me on my toes. I like going to the gym and using this. If I miss the gym I always know I’ve got something right on this app if it’s a longer workout or a shorter workout

Best fitness app

Got charlottes dvd years ago! And loved it! But this app is brilliant! Charlotte David and Richard are class.. so much fun in the workouts & u can defo feel it 😄👍🏼 new fav x

Love it so far!

The only problem I have is what workout to select on my Apple Watch so that I know how many calories I’ve burned 😫

Honest review

I absolutely love the work outs they are brilliant and fit into my life perfectly. However the app constantly freezes and I’m unable to complete a session. I’ve spoke to IT and they aren’t being much help other than asking me to send screen shots of what’s happening. Which the app won’t send. I’m honestly so frustrated because I do enjoy the app!

Best fitness App

I can’t get over how good this app makes you feel after!!! Always want to do another set and I hated doing excuses I couldn’t wait for it to be over. Don’t take it from me try yourself, with the 7 day trial and you wont go back! Thank me later 😉

Love it!!!

Absolutely love this app Charlotte, Richard and David make the workouts so fun to do. This app keeps me motivated to loose weight and be healthy and there’s a wide variety of workouts to choose from.

This app is a MUST GET

I have fallen back in love with fitness after months and months off. And it is all down to this app! Honestly the workouts are so quick, but efficient and you really do notice a difference within yourself even after a few weeks. I cannot recommend this app enough, if you want to get fit and feel better in yourself please please please download this app. It is so worth it! You will not be disappointed, I wasn’t!

This app is fantastic!

Blitz and Burn have been a massive motivator for me it’s exactly the push I needed. I’ve never really concentrated on my fitness journey like I have now. I started the first 28-day challenge, within 3 weeks I lost around 4.3lbs and felt amazing- I couldn’t recommend it enough. Also, the support team is so friendly they make me feel so important and I just find it special.

It’s a stand out app for me

This app is not only refreshing, it brings something you just can’t get with most fitness apps. The connectivity & realness support makes me happy I downloaded it in the first place! Actually interacting with like minded people in the same situation as i am! The coaches David and Richard have taught me so much about my fitness journey, I can’t thank them enough. I would have never tried yoga, but this app has definitely brought out my Zen side too hah!

Amazing app

I’m enjoying it.
I enjoy doing workouts with other people, I get very bored by myself so stumbling across this app has been ideal. Fun guided workout videos with Charlotte, David and Richard. They all go at different paces and do different difficulties so if you get tired, you can just follow the person doing the lower difficulty, you don’t have to always empty the tank and that’s what i like about this. I haven’t found anything similar! Well done BNB such a good idea

Loving the app! Thank you Blitz and Burn, this is the first fitness app I’ve actually been properly invested in. Always been a fan of Charlotte so I thought I’d check it out, I’m glad I did! The wide range of workouts is just amazing, I cast it onto my TV every morning before work & get a quick workout in. The app itself is laid out so nicely, there is so much to it. Recipes, Plan, Workouts and a very active community. I’ve made a couple of fitness friends a long the way & we talk regularly. We’re all in the same boat and that’s the best feeling.

AMAZING

This app is amazing! - Charlottes first belly blitz was great but BLITZ N BURN is my bible!
There is a great platform of people and Charlotte her self is always there to help as well as David and Richard.
Definitely worth it!

Disappointed

£15 a month for the basic package? Really?
And that’s before you even have a look to see what’s what!
Disappointing because the workout dvds were great.. you’d be better off getting them cheap and using those over this! This just screams overpriced and money grabbing

Disappointed

Took my money before I could sign in with details and now won’t let me sign up as says my email is already in use. Had to ask for a refund from Apple as can’t get in touch with anyone via insta to sort it out. App won’t scroll up either for me to ask for password reset against my email even though I never set a password but obviously it’s took my email address and payment. Hope someone can sort this as was so wanting to join this!!!!

Bit of a con

Wanted to see what it was about, but without paying $15usd I can’t. How can I pay $15 for something I might not want or use. Sounds more like a scam. No thanks will stick with Apple fitness.
