Really good however maybe some tweaks
I really like this app and how it works however maybe think about adding the year to the mood diary things since I dont know what year I wrote certain things only the date in the month and would prefer If I knew what year so I can keep track

I can’t find any customer support. No updates in 8 months - the app chat keeps telling me to restart the chat. It seems like it’s no longer a viable app.

I mean… I couldn’t use it….
When I got the app I was thinking, wow this is so cool I could definitely see why people would download the app! But when I got the app none of the chats worked, the only part I could do was mood tracking which was kinda a waste of space because I could get a different app and still get mood tracking with more benefits, and the “ask a question” chat. This was just my problems, and I did not pay the subscription so I could not get everything I understand that. Anyway I actually rate this a three the reason it says five stars is I did not feel like it would be seen if I was only at three! Anyway thank you if you read this! I would give you a cookie but I’m all out, sorry….

Doesn’t work
Payed for the service but it doesn’t work. Every option just says unavailable
Horrible app
It only let me chat once to the therapist before trying to make me pay money. It says you can do ads to find out your other results from the tests but none of the ads work.

I can’t do anything because of the premium like when I first joined it was amazing the same day Bomb every where I click unlock your personal AI therapist with premium 89 99$ It is so annoying
App very special, beware of unwanted subscription
the app itself might be OK for you if you like to work in a chat-style. The low rating is for “tricking” people in a o e year subscription and not reacting to email. (Been tricky to figure out who is responsible in the first place). hence I can’t recommend it - especially not for people who struggle with depression and lack the energy to care about this in addition….

This app says there are no in app purchases put I have to buy something just to see how I’m doing at I don’t like it

To add certain TAGS you have to get premium. Pretty much everything that would help me is only for premium. Deleted instantly.
