Block Apps: Cran

**Cran closes the apps that eat your time. And it doesn't reopen them just because you insist.** Pick the apps, say when they should close: a time window, or a daily usage limit. Cran handles the rest, without you opening anything. **The block holds** Rules apply on their own, including after a restart or an iOS update. Nothing to refresh by hand. **Reopening costs fifteen minutes** No “ignore” button, no “five more minutes”, no end time you can quietly move. Unlocking a rule starts a delay you cannot shorten.
