Opens and immediately closes
The app had been working fine, then it wasn’t. It opens, the logo comes up, then shuts down. I tried deleting the app and downloading it, but it still doesn’t work.
Use
It doesn’t serve any purpose other than look a the magazines you buy.
No access to purchased issues
I open the app. Even though I have been subscribed for 3 years it says I have no issues purchased. I log out and back in. No issues. I ask apple to restore my subscriptions. No issues. I have the billing info that says I’ve been charged for the issues. But…. No issues.
No access
Can’t open it, says I didn’t purchase it. Can’t get a message to send to ask them to fix it.
Not Working
Can’t access any of my issues! What gives? If you are not fixing the issues then remove the app…Simple! Just annoying your potential customers when you don’t fix the issue! Lots of other Quilt Shops to purchase from!!’
No longer great
This was a fantastic app when it was first released. Now, it seems like it’s no longer supported. It was much easier to find the patterns in this app than logging in and downloading each issue on the website
Frustrating
This app used to be fine. Then it quit working altogether. Now all my past purchases have disappeared and when I try to send a message through the app it won’t send. I guess they have turned off the messaging because all they get are negative comments and complaints.
Useless
If I could give this 0 stars I would. I have a subscription to the actual, physical magazine but I can’t access the digital ones. Also, why isn’t there a search function? It’s impossible to fine a pattern index for the magazines, so I have to go through all of them to find the pattern I’m looking for. So this app is double useless because I can’t access the magazines I have already purchased and even if I could, there would be no point. On top of all of this, I couldn’t send my issue to them because my correspondence failed to send.

App not working
I have trouble with the newer versions of MSQC and Block Magazine apps. I saw Al say in an interview to let y’all know that there’s a problem so you can fix it. I did and hopefully it will function properly again. The old one was good!
Doesn’t work
I’ve been trying for several months to get my Block Magazine purchases to come up in this ap, contacted customer support to no avail. They keep telling me they’ll be releasing an update and they never do. It used to work fine. MSQC - please fix this!

App doesn’t work!
Even though I was able to sign in and have had a subscription for years — can’t view any magazines. Says not purchased. There is a spot to restore purchases but it still won’t work !
Block features
It needs greater focus on opportunities to user. One is the password modification in app if forgotten no feature to change. It’s also difficult to get the block magazine by digital with the subscription paper magazine.
Never has my magazines
This app is beyond frustrating. For forever there have been times when I cannot access my purchased magazines. Years ago I called and had this corrected, but then when I want to reference one of the magazines, it’s broken again. There is an option to restore purchases, but although you don’t get an error, it does not restore them.
Block is a beautiful magazine. The quality of the photos, and the actual page quality and font are perfect. But, I dropped my long running subscription years ago because they were just too many errors in patterns. I still like to reference those patterns though, but I always have to resort to flipping through my hardcopies. Because this an is useless. This is a shame.

App doesn’t work. Tells me I haven’t purchased magazine and I’ve been on annual renewal for years.
Frustrated
Used to be able to read the digital version. Now it says I haven’t purchased any issues, yet they show up in my Missouri Star account. Really wanted to be able to read on my iPad when traveling.
Disappointed
Loved the app at first and then it stopped working. I can no longer look at the block magazines that I have purchased. It’s really frustrating when you’re trying to look for something quickly.

I have purchased every Block magazine. At one time they could all be viewed on this all but now they show not purchased or unavailable?
My subscription no longer appears
I absolutely love, Missouri Star, Jenny, Ron, Natalie, and Misty. I have been a subscriber to the BLOCK magazine for several years. I’ve also bought back issues as complete years.
When I first downloaded this app, I was able to access all of my subscription block magazines, and the ones that I have purchased. However, over the last year and a half, I haven’t been able to view any of my magazines.

Block magazine
I have been reading this ezine for a while now and feel like I can give a good overall rating of my experience with it.
It’s quit working through the app and I can’t read it through the app or find my past purchases on the app. I have emailed and emailed them repeatedly and I have called. Nothing has been fixed but they have said that they are having issues with the app!! I would like to think that they would want it fixed!! I thought wrong.

Block issues keep disappearing
I have downloaded issues multiple times only to go back and find that what I had purchased was no longer on my device. They keep changing the app and reaching into my device and removing what I paid for! This time I cannot get them to download again. I have logged into the website and tried to restore purchases to no avail. Not cool.
