Unable to access my Quilting Arts magazine yet again

I have had more issues trying to access my magazines. The last one I am able to access is Dec 2020/Jan 2021. I tried again to log in and it says I don’t exist as a user.

I had a full years worth of Quilting Arts Magazine stored in my Library on my iPad. QA changed something in the App and now I no longer have access to my magazines. I am able to access the current issue only.
