Avoid Blockchain.com. Terrible Verification and Support
My experience with Blockchain.com was terrible. I made a £1 bank transfer for verification, and after 4 days it was still pending. I wanted to deposit more money, but my account was put on hold instead.
Support kept asking me for more documents, including multiple selfies with my ID and handwritten notes. Every time I sent what they requested, they asked for something else.
I also wanted to use Apple Pay or a debit card, but those options never appeared on my account. Support could not enable them or explain why they were missing.
I wasted days trying to fund my account and never got the chance to buy any crypto.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend Blockchain.com to new users. There are much better exchanges with faster verification and better customer support.

Continually blocked - what’s going on?
This app continually locks me out because it sends 2 x verification codes and rejects both. I’ve been on blockchain for over 7 years and am starting to think it’s taken my funds. I’ll try again once unblocked and keep reporting in
