Do not waste your time here. Worst prices when purchasing crypto. So many better apps to trade from. Find one with limit orders to start with. Also if you have not been using a cold wallet. I highly recommend starting today.
Extraordinarily Impressive Crypto Trading App
I was impatient to carry out necessary research but I really wanted to jump on the crypto trading and investment buzz. Unfortunately for me, I invested 75,700 USD worth of bitcoin with a fraudulent company. I was happy to watch my account grow to 214,575 USD within a couple of weeks. But I didn't realize I was dealing with a scam company, until I tried to make an attempt to withdraw. I made a withdrawal request, and noticed my account was suddenly blocked for no apparent reason. I tried contacting customer support, but all to no avail. I needed my money back at all cost, because I could not afford to let it go. So I tried all possible means to make sure I recovered my scammed bitcoin. I did a lot of online search for help, and tried to see if there were other people who had any similar experience. I stumbled upon a cryptocurrency forum were a couple of people mentioned that they had been through the same process but were able to recover their lost cryptography funds with the help of So I filed a report on MarianDiana41 (at) Gmail and he was able to help me get back all my lost funds withing 2 weeks I feel indebted to him. All they do is hold your funds and then pretend to help while they aināt nothing, you guys clear take money from people who invest into your wallet and restrict them withdrawing their bitcoin.. pure evil I hope you all die with the money you donāt want people to have!!!

Blockchain is a joke
I had Sofi and I could see all of my investments on there. They moved everything to blockchain and it blocked me from being able to see my investments. Itās been 3 months and I canāt get ahold of anyone. I canāt log on. I go in circles trying to create an account. No help whatsoever. I just want my money back.

Allow people withdraw their funds
You guys strict people from withdrawing their money, especially the west Africa if you guys donāt support then allow us withdraw our funds from the app when deposited I see no reason why we canāt take our money with the poor team always saying the same thing for years!!!
Terrible- donāt waste time or money
Itās overall a decent (at best) app. Easy to navigate, a little confusing at first for beginners. HOWEVERā¦ it will cost you at least $9-10 in Fees alone to withdraw your money. So unless youāve got thousands to play with, donāt bother!
Now of these blockchain apps work for me
I donāt even know how to obtain a 12 word phrase. Iāve already created an account and password and it didnāt work. It asked for a phrase which Iāve never made so I canāt ever log in I guess. I guess I lost all my crypto that was in Sofi because of this for now. They said I had to start using blockchain. This takes too much time to deal with right now. Iāll just wait for a reply.

Iāve been using blockchain for years and I never have any problem withdrawing my funds but after introducing DeFi wallet. I couldnāt send my funds out, my account has been under review for months. Iāve provided all the requirements they requested few months ago yet they never allow me send out my funds, I donāt advise anyone to use blockchain. They are criminals.

You guys should go back to the old version where we can withdraw ours funds because a lot of people losing their money and you guys care less about it which is very bad. Allow them withdraw out their funds on trade account even tho they ain't verified why holding into their funds.

Blockchain allowed me to buy paxos and then rejected my identity so I canāt link my bank account, most importantly I canāt withdraw my funds!

I have been using this blockchain application for years but I think the application is not working generally I canāt send out my funds which is very frustrating and bad plus I canāt use blockchain in West Africa country too bad

I sent money into my exchange account only for me to withdraw itās not allowing to withdraw due to region restrictions but atleast there should a solution to withdraw funds because I have no idea you guys restricted west Africa and my blockchain wallet was verified.. I canāt with or take my money I sent in to my exchange over 2month the specialist team aināt even helping.. I really prefer the previous app to this because right now everything is compromised and thereās no solution.
