This was kinda hard to get used to at first, as many days I couldn’t even get on social media till like 8pm, but by day 4-5 I noticed myself not reaching for my phone as much, as I just knew my apps would be blocked. No more picking up TikTok just to put it down and pick it up 5 min later. It’s been really helpful for me.

Rewire your priorities
Tested this puppy out for a week and as much as it frustrated me to do exercise I noticed it made health and fitness the first priority of my day instead of the last. Renewed mindset
First starting block walk took a bit of discipline to break my routine scrolling in the morning to wake up… but once I found myself starting my mornings moving I felt my overall mood and separation from my phone to honestly feel more rewarding. I find it helps myself to focus on the present right out the gate in the morning and feel more productive just by simply not being stuck in a loop of seeing what others are doing , remembering to put myself first. Highly recommend giving it a go and setting your step goal lower to get some momentum. Well worth it for mental health and the feeling of progression in the little things when you first wake up.
