Decent for futures minimal tools. Horrible for Spot. Spot is the reason I wrote this review. Orders barely get filled at your price and while price action is at your targeted price.
Can’t win
I know I’m not that bad at trading. You can’t EVER have a position go your way anymore on this exchange. As soon as your trade is in the green it goes back into red. When you change positions it goes back up again. Kinda suspicious when you go long or short and the market trades against you. Yes I understand volatility but why does it react to whatever direction I am trading? Because the game is rigged. No point in using this app if all it’s going to do is liquidate you everytime. I can find better ways to waste my money. Don’t give your money to these people they have it rigged for sure. Wouldn’t be surprised if Donald Trump is somehow behind it with all his insider trading. I used to make money on these exchanges now all it ever does it take from me. I’m done with these scam exchanges. You won’t get a cent from me ever again.

Basically stole my funds
I transferred some bitcoin from the Kraken app but I can’t make any trades with it. I’m not sure what the problem is. The app is terribly confusing to navigate.
Scammers.
They liquidated the account and stole my money.

No profit just copying a bad trade I’m down 50% and have to wait for bitcoin to go up to try to get my money back I could’ve just traded it myself.

Most unfriendly user experience. It’s like Gen Z from another country created this. Probably won’t put any of my time or money in it since the entire experience has been nothing but frustrating.
Good app for futures trading/perps
Good app. Just make sure you know what your doing if your futures trading. It’s very risky. But if you have good strategy you can win a lot.
They will rip u off
With the fees and manipulation, and share your buy orders and stop loss with other exchanges. Using high leverage they would wipe your portfolio within days

They don’t let me to withdraw my funds. Stay away from this scam! I contacted their support and they just ignored my ticket for 1 week
I was just restricted from selling and liquidated on a coin that I was trading for hours.
I shorted it no issues, bought back in as it was going up and it allowed me and literally a few seconds later I try to sell because it’s going back up and it kept saying success but canceling my order. How can I be allowed to buy into something but I cannot sell and it liquidated my account. That is ridiculous.
If they can fix this issue I will update my review,until then I was robbed. This is ridiculous.

Awesome trading platform
Lots of bonuses available for crypto traders, easy readable charts and constant new coins being launched. My favorite ever since Kucoin Bitmart and lots of those went not available in my region anymore. Great referral rewards also.
bug
i was trading once and i litterly had 3 trades that made me easy $850 and all of sudden 1 had to close the trades and it said something went wrong and did not let me close the trade my investment was $300 $100 into each trade in total made up to $850 i got screenshots too when it kept telling me that i can’t close the trade due to an error i reported to the live support and they did not do anything about me loosing all my money completely useless

Alerts! Finally
So happy they finally added price alerts—-that was the main thing sorely missing from this otherwise very good trading platform.
SUGGESTION: it would be amazing if we were able to add notes to our alerts—no exchanges seem to allow this!!
NOW, if they could only adjust their bandwidth so that transactions wouldn’t time out during heavy price action!!
I missing out on greater profits during the recent 20% BTC dive….wouldn’t let me close my short at the bottom until it had already started to recover—sale kept timing out until BTC was a couple thousand higher. Frustrating…

Don’t use this app on cross leverages because everytime funding goes to -1% you can never close your positions I’m writing this post while 4R up and trying to close my position market , stop losses up not triggered , TP’s set not triggered and all it says is cancelled good luck stay safe from this scam website because this is 4th time this has happened in 4 months of trading on it , myx , pump fun , coai , bless , all coins that have trying liquidating me on
