Horrible customer service
I guess I’m getting banned ? When I signed up they had an offer if you deposit onto the app you’ll be rewarded with BTC well I withdrew the money before I was supposed to I guess (they let me ) then they placed restrictions on my account and never contacted me. Might have been an issue with a purchase or something. I got no help from support and getting in contact is tough. They made me lose money. I think the app itself is decent but the support is horrible.. I actually enjoyed using the app after I got past the issues but now I guess I’m banned ? And they still never gave me a reason why.. also might not get the bitcoin I was supposed to earn from the predictions thing.. so I lost money and can’t even get the bitcoin I earned from the predictions cause my account is getting banned ? I’d rather use robinhood atp and I’m not a huge fan of robinhood either 🙃

Bloqueio de saques
O App é bom, intuitivo e tal. Mas todo mês bloqueiam o saque da conta para a minha própria carteira segura (que é somente MINHA). Segundo eles e o próprio suporte, o saque é bloqueado para minha própria proteção kkkkk entretanto, sabemos muito bem que é pra prender o usuário dentro da plataforma. No mínimo ridículo. Estou encerrando a minha conta e recomendo ninguém utilizar caso pretenda fazer saques.
