Deleted first review and they closed my account for nothing held my money in account for months literally just unlocked withdraw feature and it tells me like 69 bucks is on hold out of it you have to be kidding me. Just don’t do it they have a good rating by deleting the real reviews.
Wont connect accounts to withdraw
App seemed interesting at first, i willingly tried to use it as my primary crypto app and was depositing using a debit card, when i go to withdraw can only use a bank and i have MULTIPLE banks and they all say error processing try again later when connecting. been trying for weeks. actually so crazy they willl let you deposit and make it impossible to withdraw. garbage

They locked my account because I was trying to withdraw and accidentally deposited messaged them instantly told them which helped none now I have 500 dollars they keep saying there gonna send back to where it was deposited from which they have now been saying for 3 months account is still locked and money is still locked in it there customer help sounds like robotic answers there customer service email no longer works and the phone number has done nothing so if you do use this app prey nothing goes wrong and you need help because it’s simply non existent.
