Deposit problem
At first I downloaded the app it worked fine and has a very low fee but when I try depositing again it won’t let me deposit into the app.

Cant withdraw money
Useless app. I can’t withdraw form the app it tells me every address and QR code I show it is wrong despite them being correct and working for every other exchange. Feels like a scam to me. There are better apps

Honestly, there isn’t a bad thing i could say about OKX. From signing up i got about $250 in free crypto, and from the World Cup event i made about $250 and now I’ve gotten almost 100 people to sign up using my referral netting me about $400 total. OKX is the GOAT.

Do not use this app
They will let you deposit but won’t let you withdraw. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THEM. They send generics replies and do not give a damn about the people that are on their app and keeping it relevant. Horrible company.

Horrible customer service
I guess I’m getting banned ? When I signed up they had an offer if you deposit onto the app you’ll be rewarded with BTC well I withdrew the money before I was supposed to I guess (they let me ) then they placed restrictions on my account and never contacted me. Might have been an issue with a purchase or something. I got no help from support and getting in contact is tough. They made me lose money. I think the app itself is decent but the support is horrible.. I actually enjoyed using the app after I got past the issues but now I guess I’m banned ? And they still never gave me a reason why.. also might not get the bitcoin I was supposed to earn from the predictions thing.. so I lost money and can’t even get the bitcoin I earned from the predictions cause my account is getting banned ? I’d rather use robinhood atp and I’m not a huge fan of robinhood either 🙃

Bloqueio de saques
O App é bom, intuitivo e tal. Mas todo mês bloqueiam o saque da conta para a minha própria carteira segura (que é somente MINHA). Segundo eles e o próprio suporte, o saque é bloqueado para minha própria proteção kkkkk entretanto, sabemos muito bem que é pra prender o usuário dentro da plataforma. No mínimo ridículo. Estou encerrando a minha conta e recomendo ninguém utilizar caso pretenda fazer saques.
