Not getting the Refund, worst people, never respond
On Jul.06.24 I installed this App thought it will be useful for blood pressure monitoring and accidentally hit purchase annual subscription for cardio ECG tracker which I did cancel right away but got charged $22.59 on my CC, despite requesting refund but getting no response at all, I didn’t even used the app and didn’t accept the terms and conditions of the subscription but still got charged. Admin please look this matter and provide the full refund. I’ve already Sent email also but no response.

I thought this app would monitor my blood pressure, but I can’t find a way to do that. If it does not have that option, I would like to cancel the service as I already have a heart rate monitor.

Comparing it to the free app on apple watch there was a difference my watch said 85 bpm and this app said 125 bpm what gives?

Thought I was gonna be able to take my blood pressure with it and it’s only to log in blood pressure I take myself . I can do that with paper and pen .

Like others I was led to believe it took your blood pressure and recorded it. Unfortunately it’s a misleading useless app 😠
