Only blood sugar logging app

It’s a bogus app to just log your manual entries. Zero rating

Wrong data record

The data does not get stored properly. First day i logged 66 for sugar, and now today when i am trying again to put some other value, it is just storing it as 66. No other value at all.
Cant store the records like this

Too many ads

I like this app except… Too many pop-up ads, won’t let you enter your information without interrupting it with ads. Also, it defaults to all medication instead of your medication. If those two things were corrected, it would be a great app.!

Response from developer

Thank you for your feedback! We’re sorry the ads disrupted your experience — we’re working on reducing interruptions by optimizing when and how ads appear. Also, we appreciate your note on the medication filter — we’ll make sure it remembers your selection to improve usability. For any other suggestions, feel free to reach us at admin@crosscode.dev — we’d love to hear more and improve your experience!

Useless

Doesn’t work at all,

Excellent!

Excellent, easy to use. Recommend it.

Terrible app

Heart rate is not accurate!

Good

Overs most things the only thing I don’t like is the dial for setting your blood sugar count would prefer a digital key pad , I find sometimes eg dialling 7.5 will record 7.4. Digitalkey pad would be better.

Response from developer

Hi Kaia, You can open Digital Keypad by tapping keypad button in the middle of the dial. Let us know if you have any further questions admin@crosscode.dev

Blood sugar tester

This is a bogus app or attachment taking your information. It doesn’t test any blood sugar is selling you equipment link into it in introduce you new it doesn’t provide you anything. This is a bogus.

My blood sugar log has disappeared

My ‘live’ blood sugar log has disappeared. It seemed to have reset itself to zero overnight. Yesterday’s entry has not been recorded. What’s wrong? It’s certainly not at my end. I have updated the app and the pdf reports have come back, but the main issue has not been resolved. Diabetes Tracker has become untrustworthy.

Response from developer

Thank you for contacting us, and I’m very sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. The issue occurred due to a temporary bug in an earlier version of the app where certain logs were not parsed correctly and, in some cases, the app could overwrite the stored list with an empty set. This affected only a limited number of users and has since been fully resolved. In the new version 2.12.0, you can now recover all of your missing glucose logs directly from Apple Health, as everything you record in Diabetes Tracker is also saved there. Please follow these steps: 1. Open Settings in the app 2. Go to Apple Health Settings 3. Tap Delete All Health Data (this only removes the local health cache inside the app, not your Apple Health records) 4. Tap Sync Now The app will re-import all your existing glucose records from Apple Health and your log will appear again. We truly understand your concern, and we’re committed to ensuring your data remains safe and accurate. The latest update also includes new safeguards to prevent this from happening again. If you face any issue during the recovery process, please let me know and I’ll assist you personally.
