Need help to cancel
I am having trouble canceling my subscription through the app and would like someone to contact me. I can not seem to do it through the app or the App Store. It does not show in my subscriptions. Thank you.
Routine was not clear
I paid for app that doesn’t give clear instructions on the products to use it gave me two cleansers and a serum that was labeled as sunscreen but it wasn’t a sunscreen. I’m sore because I had high hopes for this app. So I don’t trust it.
Not So Great
Great potential, poor execution. Was not accurate as to what ingredients and products cater to a skin concern. The worst thing about it was the product that was chosen for Sunscreen was Vanicream Facial Cleanser. They need to go back to the lab…
