basically this app recommended me a bunch of products I bought them and then my next skin scan it changed the products up completely so now I have these products and you can’t even put your own products into their routine so the app doesn’t even know what products you’re using. This app is a waste of money. Don’t buy it and it’s a waste of water. hopefully the owner of this app sees this comment because they need to fix their app. This app could be so much better if you just let me scan my own products and put them into my routine because how am I supposed to even have a routine if I can’t even change the products and put my own products into there it doesn’t make any sense.

There are no clear instructions on how to cancel my subscription. It doesn’t show up in my apple subscriptions and there is nowhere to cancel it in the app. My only option may be to cancel my credit card if no one can help me.
Hard to cancel
I tried to find a way to cancel but not available to cancel on the app itself. I read the terms and policies and there is an email to reach out to. I sent an email yesterday and still waiting on a response. I really hope this isnt a scam

Better than going to a doctor. I was super sceptical but it is really accurate and offered affordable products for my skin type. I usually don’t write reviews but this app saved my skin! The only thing is that it’s not free… but the subscription was worth it!
Need help to cancel
I am having trouble canceling my subscription through the app and would like someone to contact me. I can not seem to do it through the app or the App Store. It does not show in my subscriptions. Thank you.
