Can’t get past sign up to use

Tried creating an account, tried signing up through google and Apple, and still would give me an error. Filled out my routine and couldn’t get past this page without a large error sign.

Hi sabrinaaperlo, We’re sorry you had this experience. Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention. This was caused by a temporary outage with one of our providers, and should be fixed now. We’d love to have you as part of our community, so please reach out to us at support@sorcea.com so we can make it right. - The Sorcea Team

Great app but hoping for updates!

First off I want to say that I love the concept and all the information that FREELY is available. It’s has genuinely helped me find better products that work for my skin. I have shared it with a few family and friends because I do think it is very useful and can help them to find products better suited for their skin.
With that said, there are a few things I hope they add to the app one day.
1. Routines: It would really make it easier if I could add products to the routines from the product card after searching for it.
2. Favorites list: The favorites only show a few products at a time instead of a full list. I hope that will be updated or fixed.
3. Compare: I LOVE this function however I wish I was able to keep a couple products “saved” outside of the 2 products that you are comparing. It’s kinda frustrating when comparing more than two items they keep having to scanning/search them up.
4. Filter menu: It would also be really helpful in the filter menu if you could select certain tags or topics you would like to see from the products you’re searching from. Like “vegan” “clean” or “cruelty free”.

Update ideas

I enjoy using this app, but there are a few things that would make it even better. First, I would recommend making sure the product image always matches the product description. Sometimes items can be scanned incorrectly, so it would also be helpful to have an option to delete products from your home feed if they were added by mistake.

Another feature I would love to see is support for more stores and brands. I have a lot of skincare products that aren't sold at Ulta or Sephora, so I can't always find information about whether they are a good fit for my skin. Expanding the product database would make the app much more useful for people who use a wider variety of skincare products.

Overall, it's a great app with a lot of potential, and I look forward to seeing future improvements! 😊

will not scan

so i got this app about 3 days ago. i have tried scanning different products that made me break out. it did not scan and just showed the screen. i had very high hopes for this app.

Needs improvement for sure

So I was excited to try it out since it’s a no subscription type app. I’m using skinsort right now and would love to not have to pay $20 a year for skin care advice if I don’t have to (yes that’s not bad but free deff better). One thing I noticed is that there aren’t any Epii products listed under the search and another is I find it a little annoying to have to go all the way into your personal settings in order to adjust your routine. I think it’d be better and more intuitive to have it as one of the quick actions on the bottom like next to the scanner or something. Overall I like what this app is here for and offers plenty of advice and love the human aspect of help you can get with real reviews! And again it’s a free app like completely free. Can’t wait to see what sort of improvements await!
