Update ideas
I enjoy using this app, but there are a few things that would make it even better. First, I would recommend making sure the product image always matches the product description. Sometimes items can be scanned incorrectly, so it would also be helpful to have an option to delete products from your home feed if they were added by mistake.
Another feature I would love to see is support for more stores and brands. I have a lot of skincare products that aren't sold at Ulta or Sephora, so I can't always find information about whether they are a good fit for my skin. Expanding the product database would make the app much more useful for people who use a wider variety of skincare products.
Overall, it's a great app with a lot of potential, and I look forward to seeing future improvements! š

will not scan
so i got this app about 3 days ago. i have tried scanning different products that made me break out. it did not scan and just showed the screen. i had very high hopes for this app.
Needs improvement for sure
So I was excited to try it out since itās a no subscription type app. Iām using skinsort right now and would love to not have to pay $20 a year for skin care advice if I donāt have to (yes thatās not bad but free deff better). One thing I noticed is that there arenāt any Epii products listed under the search and another is I find it a little annoying to have to go all the way into your personal settings in order to adjust your routine. I think itād be better and more intuitive to have it as one of the quick actions on the bottom like next to the scanner or something. Overall I like what this app is here for and offers plenty of advice and love the human aspect of help you can get with real reviews! And again itās a free app like completely free. Canāt wait to see what sort of improvements await!

Skincare shopping forever changed
The personal experience this app gives me is better than any makeup counter girl could ever do. I love hearing reviews from people who share your skinās attributes before buying a product. I also appreciate that I can see why a person had a negative experience with a product in relation to their skin type.

Inspiring
Iāve had poor skin for as long as I know, and Sorcea has done wonders. Their search was perfect and gave me exactly what I needed. My girlfriend loves it and scans everything in Sephora
The only skincare app I trust
Obsessed with this app. Socrea literally scans skincare products and tells you if theyāre actually good for your skin type. It learns what works for you, so the recs feel super personalized instead of random. Saved me from wasting money on products that donāt work. Highly recommend if youāre into skincare or trying to build a routine.

First Impressions
As of current within my few minutes of being on the app, it gave me a good feel on what itās about. They offer products that range from somewhat cheap to super expensive. Most of the products that work with my body are around 20 dollars. The biggest issued with the app is that it includes big name brands or expensive products. Some products I use arent as known but do a lot of good for my skin. Yet I cant get any research on if they actually work on the app. Iāll go ahead and work on the app more to see if I get any results skin care wise but overall, alright results.

Iāve used a ton of these scanner apps in the past but I tended to feel like they just gave me generic answers or would leave feeling scared of products. I love how this app gives me such a tailored experience and gives both an objective and community driven POV, really helped me ACTUALLY navigate the skincare industry, not just adding products to my personal ābanned productsā list.

FinallyāSkincare That Actually Works for My Skin
Sorcea has been a complete game changer for me when buying skincare products. At 57, my skin has very different needs than it did when I was 21, and it can be incredibly frustrating trying to sort through products that promise everything but donāt deliver. Sorcea takes the guesswork out of it.

Iāve seen SO many of these scanner apps that give products arbitrary scores, but I LOVE how Sorcea is (1) FREE and (2) rates products based on whether theyāve worked for people just like me. I shared my skin type, concerns, problems, even products Iāve tried, and I see reviews from people that get me. The community actually seems reasonably active
