I am so grateful to have been recommended this app by my surgeon. All the questions I have been asking myself have answers, and I love the prehab program too which I am currently doing ahead of my surgery.

The app should be used as a resource for all breast cancer patients!!! WOW!! What a lovely resource where you can find anything about breast cancer. My mom used the app and the device when she was going through her breast cancer experience!! Highly recommend for every breast surgeon, plastic surgeon, breast cancer patient and hospital whose treating breast cancer!

Brilliant app

Would highly recommend!
I got a reduction mammoplasty and used the Bloom43 device prior to surgery. The device was incredibly intuitive, and I was able to “set it and forget it” while relaxing the night before the procedure. The ability to take actionable steps towards the recovery process before the surgery even happened was invaluable— in the weeks leading up to the surgery, I was anxious because I knew there wasn’t much I could do besides wait. Preconditioning with Bloom43 helped me feel like I was getting a jump on the recovery and allowed me to have agency in setting myself up for the best possible outcome. I used the app both before and after the surgery, and particularly enjoyed the checklists of symptoms, self-care actions, wound care, etc.. because there was so much to keep track of with post-op meds, drains, and the like. Every topic was addressed in a straightforward manner, which made having surgery in a more “private” area of the body feel no different than something like an appendectomy or knee replacement. Overall, would recommend Bloom highly to anyone preparing for or recovering from surgery!

Exactly what I needed
I was so scared and didn’t know what to do but this app helps me so much. It is so calm and walks me through what is going on and explains all the choices with breast cancer surgery. It made things a lot clearer. The videos are great and so easy to understand and friendly - definitely recommend !
Really useful app
I downloaded this app to support my partner through her breast surgery as she wanted me to read an article within it about the surgery she was having. I found it really helpful for me with tips on how best to support her and myself too. Would recommend to anyone supporting a loved one.

I wish I had this after my surgery
When I was undergoing the breast surgery process I wish I had Dr Saahil to guide me. there wasn’t much I knew before and it’s amazing now that patients have access to all this knowledge to help them prepare and recover.
