Great platform for development
I used bloom and had a few check ins with the bloom coaches. I struggled at first but by the third check in I’ve been able to get so much out of it!
There are everyday workouts around career development and there’s some really valuable insights. My favourite insight was about ‘Act the role you want to be’ - basically, no one will want to put you in a different role if you aren’t already displaying the qualities needed.
It’s stuff like this that’s made bloom a regular habit and companion for me
