Fails to load or login regularly

I really like the Gallup website and as a coach log into it most days the challenge I have on my iPad or iPhone is the Gallup access app always struggles to load or login. I get the spinning wheel regardless of whether I am on Wi-Fi at home Wi-Fi at work or just playing 5G mobile. I have more or less given up trying to use the app because it is so inconsistent logging in.
