Desktop application and phone application both need improvement
Needs another update
This app used to work perfectly for me to able to see my customers feedback now it’s like it showing desktop version and tell me there is nothing at all to view. I know comments have been made as customers have asked if we have seen what they have written I can’t see anything

Its too slow with updates not on time
Hot alert ticket
Got a hit alert follows up, was able to add note but cannot close the ticket. States survey not completed, and cannot access link to survey sent to GM email and cannot close out tickets after resolution.
